Grief is not limited to death, and you do not have to carry it alone. Our Grief Support Group welcomes anyone navigating the loss of a loved one, relationship, job, pet, sense of stability, or another meaningful part of life.

About the event
Grief can follow many kinds of loss—not only death. It may come from losing a spouse, parent, family member, friend, or beloved pet, but it can also follow the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, a serious illness, a major life transition, or the loss of the future you once imagined.
Our Grief Support Group offers a compassionate, confidential, and judgment-free space to acknowledge those experiences. Participants are invited to share, listen, connect with others, and explore healthy ways of coping and healing at their own pace. No loss is too small or too complicated to deserve care and support.
The group is facilitated by Africa Rhodes and Stachia Biser, who bring personal lived experience with grief connected to suicide, murder, cancer, family loss, relationships, and the loss of beloved pets.
